After many years of painting part time and posting on social media's, the next step in the

evolution was to create a Web Page. 

 

I love to explore ways I can express what I see around me. Employing techniques and mediums.

There is such a wealth of shared processes online and locally, both of which I have explored

to enable growing and always as a way for me to improve what I create.

 

Currently I am painting in both Acrylic and Oils but as a person always striving for improvement, 

I have dabbled in recycling materials for art, hyper tufa, photography, sketching...

the list goes on, but my love of painting has been a constant.

 

New Zealand's diverse landscape, from the wild untamed west coasts

to the serene east coasts, both where I live in the North Island as well as the area's I've

visited in the South Island have given me reference material for years. I am also drawn to

old timber farm sheds, misty landscapes and local scenes around me, all of which

inspire me to create my studio shed.
